Description 1973 Plymouth Barracuda

Owner took delivery of this car on my birthday.  Just, uh, before it was my birthday.   I wasn't around in 1972.  So maybe more appropriately I should say I was delivered into this world on the anniversary of the owner of this 'Cuda taking delivery.

NO .... In fact, my best friend came back 'on leave'
from being in the NAVY and we all went out to a local
bar that served food and had a band playing ....

They wouldn't even GIVE or SELL a BEER to him
and HE was IN UNIFORM! ....

OUR 'gripe' back then was WE could DIE in VIETNAM
and could VOTE but could NOT DRINK! .... b

Wouldn't have bothered me (I'm a teetotaler) but yeah, that's not right.  And it's still not right, since you're still old enough to die for this country at 18...
