Temperment: Swain is a shameless flirt who tries very hard to keep up appearances as a suave, cool, macho man. Swain tends to come on a little too strong most of the time, and is often seen using horrible pickup lines, although surprisingly, they tend to work most of the time. Overall, he comes off as a bit of a himbo, but his heart is usually in the right place.
Personality: Swain is a hopeless romantic and people pleaser who just wants to make everyone around him feel good about themselves. He just wants everyone to feel appreciated, because nothing feels worse than not feeling loved in his opinion.

Life before the Academy:
Swain's egg was found abandoned among the banks of a river. Nobody is sure how it got there or why it was left.
Life at the Academy:
Swain is one of a couple dragons to have been misclassified for his element. When he first hatched, he was initially thought to have been a Spirit dragon, the thought being he was using the spirit element to alter how others perceived him. Due to this, he got very close with Banshee who was basically his mother figure. After growing and developing more manifests though, the keepers realized that Swain was actually a Love element dragon, switching him into the care of Hart.

Relationship with Keeper:
Due to being raised mostly by Banshee, he is closer with her than his own keeper. After getting used to it as he grew, he finds her fickle worrying nature endearing overall, and greatly appreciates her overbearing mom approach as he is somewhat of a momma's boy. When he left her care, she gifted him with a yellow scarf that he now wears constantly.

Swain really enjoys the company of Hart, his new elemental keeper. He thinks of Hart more as a rolemodel and older brother rather than a guardian, and the two get along rather well overall, with the few exceptions of sass battles between the two love dragons.

Noteworthy Relationships:
Banshee - basically Swain's mother figure, who he cares deeply about and often visits as much as possible. Since Swain is very much a momma's boy, he can often be found wandering about the Spirit tower trying to help out Banshee with anything he can assist her with.
Hart - a comforing presence and rolemodel that Swain absolutely adores. Hart represents all the ideals Swain tries to live up to.
