It may look small at first, but there's a secret portal there that only Deviants know of, and the portal takes them to an artist's paradise where all of their creations come to life.

If you'd cropped it to just that, I'd think it was a photograph. But the boat to the right seems to stand out really sharply. I'm thinking it's probably just unnaturally buoyant--almost none of it appears under the water. I think?
