I guess you know how to use normal emoticons, right?
Emoticons in deviations are not official emoticons, so they can't be used just like the other ones.
To be able to use one I'd have to make an account and upload that emoticon as avatar. (Also known as plz accounts -> )
Since I haven't made such an account for this emoticon here you can't use it, but I don't think it's a good emoticon to be used as one in general.
Aaanyway, long story short, you "can't" use it like this.
I usually make plz accounts myself if I want other people to use that emoticon, and it's usually in the description, as example -> [link]

Es wΓΌrde genauso stark zucken wie die Gatling Gun, das ist nur 1 Pixel, wos sich bewegt.
