Creates an encompassing layer of lightning that can paralyze opponents. For ever strike dealt, the lightning damages the user as well. Higher skilled users can reduce the backlash.

-Personality-
Pochi is a robot that was given the objective from his creators to roam the stars and learn as much as he can about other worlds and aliens because his creators could not. As such, Pochi is always kind initially, and will try to ask questions to learn as much as he can about the people/races he meets. He does enjoy fighting, as a lot of people seem to become much friendlier or more open to talking after a good brawl. Despite this, he does know that due to the fact he weighs half a ton, his strength can be...well he could break people. As such, he tried to focus on using surroundings or various other methods to fight them, while wearing them out with the fact that his metal shell is very difficult to penetrate making him hard to kill. Those who consider him a friend are people he will literally throw himself into danger for in order to protect them.

Note: He literally has emotions. He reacts with hesitation or immediately just like any other sentient beings. How will be revealed...eventually.
