Remake of an old drawing from long ago, seen here: fav.me/d6uajqn This is my attempt at a personification of ice storms. Ice storms are very terrifying and awesome. I mean, if you're living a primative lifestyle an ice storm slows you down and is a bit chilly, but for modern society it's pure destruction. Power lines are downed, signals lost, utilities out, all vehicles are pretty much out of action.

Freezing rain coats everything in a layer of crystal. To me, it's like something from a fairy tale. Like nature trying to remind us that we're not invincible.

So I drew a cute anime style girl with a sycthe to try to embody that. How anticlimactic...
