What I don't get if how you make it look so real. You use cs4 Even for drawing? You must have a Nice Bunch of brushes ffs.
If you don't mind, I'd Like some of them. That is if you don't mind.
I won't be able to draw as well, but whatever I can draw, I'll be on the right path at the least.

haha i only use the default photoshop brushes, the soft and hard brush. For my drawings i usually draw them on paper first then scan it into my computer for painting, my earlier paintings were mostly painted from reference so i did trace the outlines of the character before painting them (i had just started digital painting at that time) the later ones i combined drawing and tracing methods and adding my own lighting after i got more used to digital painting xD currently im focusing more on character designs now that im more confident in my skills xp

Maybee then thats the way to go for me to? I should start off with Tracing to get my lines and drawing straight, And improve coloring. Then move onto drawing/Scteching. That might help me. Thanks for the heads up

Honestly, I wouldn't trace, it hurts you more than it helps. It's better to make a grid for both pictures, and try to get it as close as possible. Learning to draw what you see is an essential skill.

hahaha awesome! i managed to get 4 of my friends to take up sXe, they grew up hating alcohol and all that so it was pretty easy xD haha the X's are photoshopped. I do draw the X's on the back on my hands on special occasions xD like on my birthday i asked my friend to marker tattoo my whole body with straight edge stuff xDD i effing love straight edge!
