i have a question, it looks great by the way, but i just started usig deviant art and my school doesn't provide computer art classes dfor me until next year, i use psp7, how di dyou learn how to make deviations like that?

Well, as of now, I have never heard of a digital art class that covers fractal art. So you're out of luck if you want to dapple in fractal arts in any formal art class or use psp to do it(No fractal plugin exists to my knowledge).
I use fractal generators (I created this one with Tierazon) which create an image based on mathematical formulas. Fortunately, you don't need to know anything about imaginary numbers to create fractals, the programs do all the dirty work.
Doing a google search for fractal art should help you get started if you are interested.
