Something that was previously just a sketch that I did in my spare time. The idea popped into my head after the fact Rarity has been to Manehatten many time. This got tied in with my excitement of The Division, which in fact takes place in New York. I just had to make this connection after a while.Plus, it gave me a chance to work more with my higher quality style.
