It's true. They've helped me out quite a bit. I'm still trying to figure out how to correctly place cameras, turrets, guns, etc.
You should make a comeback to the forums every now and then, just to see what's up...

I used to drop by every once in a while, too busy to really bother these days. I still talk to a couple of the XTM/TC guys occasionally though.

What engine are you using for the game?

An engine we've written ourselves on top of the XNA framework.

If you have some basic programing knowledge its very easy to get the basics like that really quick. They have a graphics pipeline in place out of the box that can handle drawing 3d models or 2d sprites with just a couple lines of code, as long as you don't want anything too fancy. There are some decent tutorials and samples to help you learn too.
No idea about the interface app thing...

Awesome; so would I be better off with XNA or Unity? [Free One]

Haven't used Unity so I can't say, though it looked like it had some nice features.

This is a model done in Sketchup, correct?
Very nice.

Oh, no. 3ds Max actually. I'm using Max's built in toon shader for rendering purposes, since that's close to the in-game look we have going.
