Description "That bug was WAY too big."

Just a new version of the Bat Dissolver. Nothing too fancy. Tried to make the pose a little more realistic, though I still like the original pose.

Deep in the Amazon lie many undiscovered species. One such species is the "Bat Dissolver", a large four foot long insect discovered by the TriZen expeditionary team as they searched for the ancient treasure of Kalamathu.

While the encounter was brief, and thus info is scarce, the team was able to parse together enough information to give a good idea on how the insect works. They noted, through the use of night vision goggles, that the insect would lie in wait high in the treetops, suspended by thin strands of a web-like substance. It is unknown if it was by luck, or if the insect can influence bats through pheromones, that the team managed to witness the insect in action. As a bat flew by, the insect leaned forward and sprayed a fine mist towards the bat. almost immediately, the bat began struggling to fly, before dropping to the ground in front of one the expedition members, startling them. The insect then began to descend from the treetops, using its webs to safely approach the ground. The team noted that the bat had, at this point, begin to dissolve. The insect finally reached the ground, and was approached by a member of the crew. An unfortunate mistake, as the insect reacted aggressively, spraying the crew member in the face. Panic ensued, as another member allegedly shot at the insect, which avoided the shot, grabbed its prey, and rocketed back up into the treetops to feast. The wounded crew member died of their injuries.
