The Skondhokata are ghosts from Bengali culture and can found throughout the region of Bangladesh. The Skondhokata are believed to the spirits of those who were decapitated through various means and are found to be constantly searching for their lost heads. If they encounter a traveler, they will often ask if said person has seen their head before continuing on their way. Though, more malevolent spirits will attack and enslave those they encounter and force them to search for their lost head.
