Self-explanatory.Grass/Dragon or Grass/Psychic, I haven't decided yet.
Ability... I was thinking about a fake one around the likes of "Punishment order" (since MegaSerperior is supposed to be a monarch and all) which inflicts one second/third/fourth/whatever of the damage taken from a SE attack. For example, if something hits MegaSerperior Y with a fire-type attack for 120 HP, it (the attacker) will lose, in order, 60/40/30 HP itself (I hope it isn't very overpowered, but Mega Blaziken with Speed Boost is a thing so I don't care).
If I go with an oficial ability, I'd say Regenerator or Natural Cure.

Mmh... I'm just really not sure. Part Dragon suits it more physiologically, but Psychic suits it more by the concept. Maybe I should do a poll, but my guess is that everyone will vote for Dragon ._. As if it wasn't overused so much already.

if you're thinking of a type. i would have originally said grass/dragon. but type effective calculations shown me they have 5 weaknesses and 4 resists.... so grass psychic may be better. or grass flying..

Grass flying kind of doesn't make sense. Because, you know, it can't fly ._.
I'm not sure about the type either. Both have a x4 weakness, which makes me kinda mad. Although grass/dragon is now neutral against the oh-so-popular fire type... Oh well. I don't know.
