Bold

For a small apprentice his size, Swiftpaw contains a big heart filled with confidence and courageous ability within that small body of his. He shows that he's able to take on the risk and his impulsive trait allows him to take it head on. It's one of the likeable traits about Swiftpaw. If you look over his stubborn nature, you'll see that good brave side of him.

Loyal

Swiftpaw sees himself as a proud apprentice of WillowClan. He remains true and loyal to the clan he was born into. Not only is he loyal to the clan, but to friends and family as well. His loved ones are individuals who have his amount of respect and care for. He swears to never let them down no matter what.

Hard-Working

The young tom who remains committed to the goals he has. If he has a certain goal, he's going to work hard to reach to the end. Sweet success is something Swiftpaw enjoys and to get that sweet success, he needs to work hard. Although, he tends to overwork himself every now and then. You could say that he's a bit of an overachiever.

Impulsive

Swiftpaw always had the bad habit of acting without thinking. Ever since his kithood, he's been doing things without a simple forethought of what would happen if she does it. His impulsive actions often got her into trouble as a young kit and believe it or not, he still happens to get into trouble because of it. The young tom either faces the consequences of getting harmed or being punished. It often makes him look foolish, but he just can't help it. It's just that little voice in his brain that urges him to do it.

Stubborn

The tom happens to be as stubborn as a mule when it comes to sticking with his own opinions and decisions. It's hard to change his mind, for he feels very strong about his words and actions. No one can tell her otherwise, even if it's wrong.

Awkward

He tends to be a bit awkward when it comes to specific topics or chatting with specific individuals. He fumbles upon his words and gets them mixed up, making it heavily difficult for his to deal with the situation or rather, another cat. He'll be perfectly fine with a stranger or a friend, but with a certain someone is when his awkward is unleashed.

[ Kithood ]

Swiftkit was born on a cold, leaf bare morning with his two other siblings, Thistlekit and Tawnykit. The three were resting within the nursery with their proud parents, Creekstrike and Dawnmist. The mother gazed at her lover with teary eyes, smiling happily as she rubbed her head against his. The two were absolutely happy with their first batch. Their children were truly something that they could look at with happiness. Swiftkit happened to be the only male out of the three. For being the only male, he looked a lot like his father, except for his light blue eyes, which he got from his mother. As for Swiftkit's sisters, Thistlekit and Tawnykit, they got their appearances from their mother.

During the young tom's kithood, it was a natural one. He played inside of the nursery with his siblings and the other kits. He was quite a hassle to take care of, seeing that he was out and about in a quicky pace. It was surprising to the two parents how fast a young kit would turn out to be. He obviously had no problem with moving around. It was a pretty good kithood, up until his mother caught an illness. He saw his mother less and less after that. It was unusual to not have their in the same place as them.

After a few days, the illness had caused his mother to pass away. The three were confused of the absense of their mother. For their father though, he was overwhelmed with sorrow. His father told them she was in a better place, which only caused them more confusion. It was lonely without their mother, but they didn't mind it. After all, they didn't understand what had happened to Dawnmist. They went on with the usual, while their father struggled to bare with Dawnmist's death.

[ Apprenticeship ]

Moons had passed, the three kits were finally reached the age of an apprentice. Given an apprentice ceremony, they recieved their apprentice names and mentors. Swiftkit was now Swiftpaw, taken under Emberstar's wing for his training. He still goes under apprenticeship, waiting till he finally recieves his warrior name. Until then, he works hard and learns more by each moon from his mentor.

The small tom stood before the fallen willow, his eyes gleaming with excitement as his blue gaze rested on the female leader. He fidgeted in place, feeling the tingling sensation of pure joy pulsing within his paws. Hearing Emberstar's voice echo among the camp grounds, his name being heard throughout the clan. Emberstar announcing that he was officially her apprentice made him feel absolute pride. Him, now an apprentice, was going to be mentored by the clan's leader.

Swiftpaw took in a deep breath and heaved out a sigh, watching the large she-cat walk towards him. He stood tall, trying to look professional among the rest as Emberstar approached him. The small tom's gaze met with hers, feeling her head rest against his. Swiftpaw closed his eyes, nodding his head when the she-cat lifted her head off from his. His light blue eyes opened once more, giving off a sheepish shy as he followed her. "Aha... really?" Swiftpaw replied. "I wouldn't really expect you to be watching me, to be honest."
