You guys must remember this page sample: [link]Well, this is more like a scene after that last page. The track I used for the scene to have inspiration of the envirotment was this [link] From Final Fantasy Advent Children.
Well, here is the thing,
After Orion killed those Hezira´s soldiers (remember that Hezira is the snake people), Orion and Alice were watching each other. Orion wondering why he decided to save a human, after all the conflicts they´re having because of the species discrimination. Alice was confused too, she was wondering why a dragon of Drakatos will risk his life for a little human like her.
After Orion sheathed his sword, he turned arround and getting away of her. Alice was crying, not because Orion is going away, because she start to remember that her parents, her friends, her villaege was destroyed by those hezirians, now that there´s nowhere to go or to be with someone, she was all alone in this world.
Orion start hearing Alice´s groans of sadness, he turned arround once more, looking her crying. He asumed that she was the only one who survive the attack, and that there´s no one alife who could take care of her.
Orion wasn´t able to abandon her, even if she´s a human, she was an innocent being. But he was thinking the possibilities if someone else from Drakatos would know if Orion bring a human in their lands, it could be a risk for her.
Unfortunately, there wasn´t another choice, beside, she was the only witness that the hezirians are alive (Back in my story, Hezira was supposed to be eliminated by the Drakatos, or that´s what they´re thinking) Now that she´s still alive, the hezirians will do whatever they need to eliminate all witnesses, including Orion too. So it was better for him to take with her and watch her.
And that´s the beggining where, after a lot of years of been separated, a human and a dragon are together.
Well, this is what the scene is about. I hope you like it. This scene appears in the third chapter of my comic The Living Heart.

Yes, you´re right ^ ^ You´re expecting something like that, and I appreciate your cheering, for that, my coloring version looks like that.
And yes, I´m planning to put more scenes like this one, to describe a little bit my story content, but I´m hoping that someday I can put my comic here to show them all Orion´s story.

Yes, Orion is one of the few dragons who´s different than the others that people are afraid of. The meeting of those two will really change everything in my story´s world.

Oh really? I didn´t expect that you want to try him. Well, indeed some people look his horns and spikes kinda complicated to understand. I suggest you to take a lok once more in the comic pages where Orion is casting his mighty arts, it has some angles and shows of him that might helps you.

Well, the light effects is with an option in photoshop called overall or screen but with less opacity. And the shadows with multiply or color burn, with less opacity too

Well, in short, Orion talk with her to be sure of everything, if she´s the only survivor and if there´s o one in the world for her, and it was. So he ask her to come with her for a momment and see if they can find another family who wish to adopt her. She accept to come with him, but the other reason why Orion wanted to take her with him is because she´s a target of the snake men, it oculd be more dangerous to leave her with a family, with the posibility that the snake men could kill more people.
The rest is on the other chapter, where Orion try to find a way to hide her from his people... Damn, I really want to put my comic here > <

Yes, since I´m doing my comic, I wanted to show some scenes where it shows some important aspects. But I still want to show my comic here as well.
The rain was something complicated, I guess the wather in movement is my worst enemy heh, but I´m glad that it looks convincent ^ ^

In German, the setting is called "trist" (adj.)... in English it's "dismal".
Yes, I like the setting very much... cold, sad and it gains a special tension and pressure through the rather tense and dark emotions.
The rain was a good addition, too! I've always wondered how to draw RAIN with digital media... now I know.

Wow, I didn´t expect that you haven´t try the raining strokes on digital media. To be honest, that was the only thing that I was afraid of trying, because I wasn´t so sure how to do it.
But then I remember something that I´ve say before, if you never try it, you´ll never succeed, it´s better trying it with a bad results than never do it.
But now I see that my effort wasn´t in vain, nof I feel very proud of it, and more because this is my first scenary with a dark atmosphere. Thanks for the compliment Patrick. Good to see that I did you a good impress of it ^ ^
