ARE YOU READY FOR THE EXTREMELY OVERDUE COMMENT????  I AM.  Cause Ive had it as my desktop this whole time and every time I log on im like WOW i should really comment on that because there is so much I love, but then I get distracted, then the next day the cycle starts up again etc. and thats been going on for like 3 months?? and I WANT TO LOG ON AND LOOK AT IT WITHOUT FEELING GUILTY.  so here we go: (deep breath)
OH MY GOD I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS.  and I mean everything, the only thing is that I can't see Jack's face so im like HNNGGggg TURN AROUNDDD but at the same time, Del's face SAYS IT ALL!!!!  Her face is full of hope and gratitude but also has traces of the hesitancy to admitting WHAT SHES TRULY FEELING.  AND YES THIS SCENE IS ALL ABOUT DEL so you made the perfect decision to focus on her face here and so I take that back, I would LOVE to see how you draw Jack, but not seeing his face here works so well to frame her flawless expression!  And her body posture takes my excitement up a million because its so great how shes kinda leaning in but its still casual with just a little bit of awkward ness at the end of a first date (LMAO CALL ME MAYBE IS THE BEST TITLE) AND I CAN JUST FEEL THE WARM SUMMER BREEZE BLOW SOFT ENOUGH TO MAKE HER HAIR DO THE THING!!!!!  AND YOU TOTALLY CAPTURED THIS AMAZING MOMENT BETWEEN THEM SO WELL AND IT MAKES ME SO HAPPY!!!!!!  Even though this isnt how the scene goes in the story, its still amazing because I wouldnt be able to recreate the perfectness that is this drawing. 
The lighting and textures of everything is just GAHHHHHHHH her dress I WANT TO TOUCH IT because it looks like a rough cotton/wool blend which is EXACTLY how I imagined it and you got the texture spot on /sobs AND THE FOLDS IN JACK'S SHIRT AND DEL'S FRECKLES AND THE LEAVS IN THE FOREGROUND AND THE ROSES IN THE BG AND THE SKY WITH THE STARS JUST PEEKING OUT it is perfection MWAH /kisses hand in Italian fashion
I also LOVE the lighting how the sky is a deep orange/red but then theres still little highlights to hint at the setting sun CARLY YOU SPOIL ME THIS IS SO PERFECT this will be my desktop until I find one better (but its so perfect Im like, I CANT EVEN DO BETTER THAN THIS) so its gonna be awhile on my screen, I may come back and comment more when I remember more stuff

I absolutely love how casual you draw the poses, and the whole thing just feels so warm and fuzzy. Also can't stop staring at the shading job on the back of the one person's shirt THE SHADING IS GUUUUUD.

Hope your super nugget has a good birthday!!! SHE'S HIT THE 20s IT'S A WHOLE NEW BALL GAME OF OLDNESS.
