Description This is a sunset in the more northern part of Sweden in june 2011.

I got inspired by the Gehenna track Morningstar when I titeled this photo. Check it out, I associate that group completely with the easy yet complex beauty that is nature.

I absolutely love this shot! I - I - I don't even know which part to pick first!

The water is so beautiful, the way it reflects the orange of the sky and how the camera highlights the way the patterns and soft appearance form on the water -- its 'skin' almost. I love that there seems to be a shine on the water in the background, how the plants in it are scattered about but fit and add so much here as well.

I also really love how the silhouettes of the mountains look, how it has an almost prickly top to it, from trees I'm guessing, and how it just rolls off and down. I also love the bit of dark cloud in the left mid-corner, how it kind of just sneaks into the shot... The sky itself is awesome too -- so smooth and flat, but in a way that reminds me of a nice pillow to rest my head on.
I also really like how the yellow of the sun rests right up behind the tip of the mountain.

All in all, excellent capture! I can really imagine someone sitting on the shoreline, out of their tent from camping, and just watching this scene go by =]

The reason that there was no comments before yours is because I uploaded this in a half an hour ago. The picture in itself is not older than a couple of days too

I really like the silhouette part too, and I am so glad I can see the sunset at this place every day now since I got my summer house here
