PLEASE DO NOT POST ONE WORD COMMENTSI wanted to try a different type of shading but I had no idea what I wanted to do, so I just used usual cel shading here.
Not really sure about the lightning, but eh I still like how this came out.This is supposed to be Matt as a dragon from my other account.

Man that blur is what got me about this, that is seriously hard to achieve with sai, i can never get it right myself.

I actually got if from a tutorial how to make a brush in Sai that would create the desired effects and it works pretty well. ^^
