My third tattoo a combination of the wheel of being and the wiccan god and goddess on my neck, done in 2008.Picture taken by my significant other M.S., thank you so much for everything!

There are two half moons one left and one right and the center circle should be the full moon, that's the pagan sign for goddess.
The rays around the center circle should represent the god.
And the circles by themselves are a sign calles "wheel of being", which represents the four elements connected by a fifth called balance
