Back on Nome, and news of the lost sled team is making all hopes of the epidemic’s recovery start to dwindle.

Nome Operator: Bad news back on the wilderness. The sled team cannot send more antitoxin. The lost sled team, only hope. Now the best we pray.

Cut to Nome Hall, Mayor of Nome is still hoping for the sled dog team to come back, Miss Bellum comforts him.

Miss Bellum: I’m so sorry, Mayor.

Mayor of Nome: I told you Dick Hardly can’t get that medicine here. I hope Professor Utonium can bring them here, because he’s our hero, not Dick.

Miss Bellum: I hope you’re right, Mayor.

Back at the wilderness.

Professor Utonium is braving the same blizzard, Dick Hardly and his team are in. He sniffs the air, and scratches a tree. Moving on, Professor Utonium’s having difficulty navigating the terrain. He sniffs the air one more time...

Professor Utonium: I found them.

He runs forward, to the edge of a tall hill, and spots the wrecked sled team at the bottom. Glad, he leaps forward, almost slipping and falling on his way down.

Jack: (Spotting Professor Utonium) Drake Utonium!

Nicholas: He’s back!?

Cody: How did you find us!?

Cherry: He came all that way here!?

Professor Utonium: (Reaching them) Well, I’m here now. Is anyone hurt?

Dick Hardly: (With is back to him.) Everyone... is... fine. Just go back home please. I got this under control.

Jack: Yeah, but our musher hit his head...and, he didn’t get up. (He nudges their musher, who still doesn’t move.)

Cherry: And he’s not moving.

Professor Utonium: All right, I can help you guys. Follow me… (He takes a rope in his mouth.) ...I can lead you home.

Dick Hardly stops him and snatched that rope.

Dick Hardly: We don’t need your help.

Jack: Maybe you should listen to him!

Dick Hardly: (Growls) JACK!! YOU INCOMPETENT!! First you say we’re lost!! Then you say we’re going in circles and now you say I have to listen to him!! Have you lost your own mind!!? Now wonder I’m allies with a dimwitted dog!!

Nicholas: Actually. He’s right! (To Professor Utonium) How do you get us home?

Professor Utonium: Well...I marked the trail...like this... (He goes over and scratches a small tree)

Jack: Heck yeah! Let’s go!

Dick Hardly: (pushing over the tree, and backing up Professor Utonium) I’ll get us back! I’m the lead dog, I’m in charge here! And I’m not letting that fox do the job for me!

Professor Utonium: You could’ve at least trust me. Just let me take back the medicine. The kids are getting sicker at the minute.

He makes for the anti-toxin, and Dick Hardly jumps in his way.

Dick Hardly: LISTEN HERE, FOX! COME NEAR THAT BOX… AND I WILL TEAR YOU APART, LIMB FROM LIMB! AND YOU WON’T HAVE A CLOSE SECOND TO INTERFERE!

Nicholas: Whoa, this sounds like a fight.

Cody: Somebody’s mad.

Professor Utonium: Listen, Dick. I’m not leaving without that medicine. You can at least let me help you, you don’t want those poor human kids to die for nothing, don’t you? Please.

He walks towards the anti-toxin, and Dick Hardly shoves Professor Utonium away.

Dick Hardly: JUST WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE, FOX!?

Nicholas: This is gonna be good!

Professor Utonium: You can’t let these kids die of Diphtheria, you’re putting their lives in danger! Listen to me! (He heads towards the box, and Dick gets in his way, growling.) Dick! Let me help you!

Dick Hardly: (growls) NEVER!!!!

Nicholas: Whoa! Watch it!

Dick Hardly knocks Professor Utonium again, and kicks him in the face and the torso, harder, made Professor Utonium skid on the snow and gets up.

Cherry: My goodness!

Cody: If Professor Utonium wins he can get us there.

Jack: You okay?

Professor Utonium: Yes, I am. (to Dick Hardly) I don’t want to fight.

Dick Hardly: YOU DON’T HAVE A CHOICE!!

He grabs Professor Utonium in his teeth, and throws him back.

Sled Dogs: WHOA!!!

Cody: Just like 70 years ago with Steele!

Cherry: Somebody has to stop this!

Dick Hardly, satisfied, starts walking away, but stops as Professor Utonium struggles to his feet again, and starts heading towards the anti-toxin. Dick Hardly, jumps in his way, accidentally knocking over the box to its side.

Nicholas: Hey! What are you doing!?

Cody: Was Dick out of his…? I thought he is good! All Professor Utonium wants to do is help!

Dick Hardly grabs him in the torso, and punches him in the gut. Then grabs his hind leg with his teeth, and throws him off, back lands on rock and felt pain.

Dick Hardly: What’s the matter? Too kind and gentle to fight back!?

Professor Utonium snickers, which made Dick Hardly confused.

Dick Hardly: What’s so funny, Utonium!?

Sled Dogs: (shocked) LOOK!!

Professor Utonium shifts, and struggles to get back. Dick Hardly is very frustrated. He lunges for Professor Utonium. Professor Utonium moves out of the way just in time for Dick Hardly to latch onto Miss Keane’s new bandana. They struggle with it, and the bandana tears. With part of it still it Dick’s mouth, he loses his balance, and falls off a rocky cliff. Professor Utonium watches his descent. Injured, Dick Hardly tries to get up. The sled dogs pull the musher’s body onto the sled, along with the medicine.

Jack: I knew he wasn’t good. Dexter’s Dad is right. He is a bad dog. We’re sorry for trusting him.

Professor Utonium: No. It’s not your fault, fellas. Anyway, we gotta find our way home or the children will die.

Jack: Count us in!

Nicholas: What we waiting for?!

Cherry: Let’s go!

Cody: Let’s get that medicine home!

Professor Utonium proceeds to the front of the team where Jack holds a saddle for him to fit through. He fits perfectly, and the team mushes off – right as Dick Hardly begins to climb his way back to them.

Dick Hardly: (watching them go) Go ahead, Fox! You’ll never get home! ...I’ll make sure that! And I will!

Dick makes his way to the wilderness, and sees one of Professor Utonium’s marks.

Dick Hardly: I’ll show them! ...This way...How about over here! Oh, these children will die and I will laugh at their deaths to spite everyone! (He scratches a tree, making an identical mark) Oops, wrong way! Hehehe!! (He runs off, scratching more trees as he did) Oh they will be mad!

Professor Utonium and the team come to a fork in the trail. He cannot decide which way to go, as all the marks are upon trees leading in all directions.

Professor Utonium: Oh no!

Jack: Which way, Professor? Which way?

Professor Utonium: Dang it! I could’ve sworn I made just one way! I bet it’s Dick again!

Jack: Dick!? I should’ve known he’s up to no good! Dexter’s Dad and Sandy Keane are right!

Professor Utonium: I’m not giving up on these children! They need the medicine and me! This way!

He chooses a path, and not long after, Professor Utonium ends up in the exact same fork, right where he began. He stops to a halt, and all the other dogs ram into one another.

Professor Utonium: Dang it!

Nicholas: It’s okay, no need to rush or anything! It’s all Dick’s fault! You said you’re not giving up on the town’s children!

Professor Utonium: I know I won’t! Let’s go! C’mon! Mush! (He sprints forward, unaware of where he’s going. He blindly makes his way through the trees, dragging the other dogs behind.)

Jack: Professor Utonium! Slow down! You don’t wanna get too fast!

Professor Utonium, lost, continues to run through the forest. The trees with markings on them provoke his panic.

Nicholas: Hey! You’re going too fast there! Maybe you should listen to Jack!

Professor Utonium suddenly spots a deep ledge dropping before him. He grinds to a halt. All the dogs lose control, and narrowly stop just before the ledge’s end. The sled halts close to the end, and starts to tip over.

Cody: Uh-oh!

The ropes holding the medicine down snap, and the anti-toxin starts to lean towards the edge. Professor Utonium leaps in the air, and grabs the rope in his mouth.

Jack: Good catch, Professor!

A large portion of snow containing Professor Utonium and the medicine breaks off. Nicholas, Cody, Cherry and Jack watch in horror as Professor Utonium and the medicine come tumbling down the mountain.
