FULL VIEW PLEASE!I haven't done a real abstract piece in about a year. I decided its time to try something different. I know I'm a bit rusty, but I tried. I hope it is liked.
100% Photoshop
I really like this one, I have always wanted to have a daily deviation, perhaps If I keep it up I might get one soon.

It is also sized for a 1280 x 1024 wallpaper (and can nicely be sized down to 1024 x 768)

Nice overall, but the squares in the bkrnd could be smaller, and the groups of small text could be smaller and more enlongated.. It just looks too.. big and would be nicer to look at if they were smaller...

Ah, indeed. You give abstract art a good name with this one. I like it so much more because I have'nt slept enough and I can see the metal plates grind against eachother as the vertabrate snake undulates through that odd-verse of microbes. Oh, hold on, I'll save you some time: "thanks a lot buddy.. i appreciate it"
Kickass peice, nice way to taffy out that unruly fighting attention span.
Ever think of trying some animation like this? That'd really put a hurt on short attention. I'm sure there could be a way to use a few large breathing frames that you could pan along (as the harmony) while some front action might spiral around on some layers above it (as the melody).
Did I mention that I haven't enough sleep in me?

That's a really nice style. I think the main things that need working on is variation, in sizes... sort of add some other flows from it, with more rounded protrusions. The detailing is nice, but the colours seem a little flat. The 2d is quite nice but I think removing the grid, but still use the grid as a guideline for the 2d, and work some more minimal stuff over the top. 
Keep this stuff up.

I like this one,
I don't particularly like the main shapes, but the background design with the microbe type stuff, it's pretty cool. I would have liked to see that throughout the piece.
