I love this~! I think it's really adorable~! I was just curious as to where you found the Wi and We characters? I think someone already commented on this but I don't see that you replied anywhere.
I'm learning Japanese at school and have not come across these characters before. Our teacher has never taught them too us or even inferred that they exsisted.
Was just curious thanks~!

I"m really not sure where I found them.. I was studying at the time and I think a website mentioned them, so I wouldn't trust it if I were you. xD

OMG! This is so adorable~ Im going to link my friend to this page (is that ok?). She a huge fan of green tea stuff..seriously!!! She'll love this. She'll probably start following you on DA. Thank you for making this. It will be very useful. This can really help me out if i ever forget how to write/read a certain Hiragana or Katakana. OH speaking of that. Do you have a katakana one?

I don't have a katakana one yet, hopefully sometime in the future. xD
Yes of course linking her is fine. :] Thanks a lot!

How cute! I was loking for a nice, simple chart to share with a friend who's just starting out! This is easy to understand, and it's just precious!

There are no characters for wi and we . . . you don't really have those sounds in japanese. I take Japanese two at my school and if there were something like that it'd be kanji, which doesn't go in a hiragana chart~
It's very cute otherwise C:

Not to say you're wrong, but I do not believe there is a such thing as 'wi' or 'we' in the Hiragana 'alphabet'... Unless my Japanese teacher has missed out.. she hasn't been to Japan for awhile, so. :]

This is so cute! I'll probably use it (I have to wait for my color printer to work before I can print it), or at least the katakana one, as I have more trouble with that.
By the way, where did wi and we come from? I was taught Japanese by a Japanese woman, and she said nothing about such symbols, nor does my Japanese-English dictionary. I'm confused! ><

I've no clue about wi and we, but if you look a couple of comments below, somebody told me about them.. x3 Maybe I'll just take them out..
Thanks! ^^

The 'wi' and 'we' are archaic Japanese that is not used anymore, which is why you've got some people thinking you're pulling their legs by adding them to your chart. lol. You'll notice there's also nothing in the 'Y' row for the 'I' and 'E' columns as well and I could be mistaken, but I believe there used to be kana for 'Yi' and 'Ye' as well.
Anyway, they're not used, so it's entirely up to you whether you have them on your chart or not, but rest assured, it's not wrong if you don't. ^_^
