Description
So created a dress up meme and my good chum decided he would tag me to do one as well (which worked out well for me, since after seeing only some of his I wanted to do one too anyway).

Naturally, I went with Hope. She's my go to gal for goofiness after all, and I know she would be one who would jump at the chance to dress up in a bunch of costumes. I'm still not all that comfortable with free sketching on my Wacom tablet, so I decided to do quick pencil sketches on paper for each of these, scan them all in, and then import them into the template. So they're not meant to look refined. In fact 1, 8, and 9 were all drawn with a rather crappy mechanical pencil in my sketchbook at work while on lunch break. I like them though, I think they came out quite cute.
