Description
So yeah, did the original base of this at work yesterday and decided to go over and re-sketch it on the computer today. No references used aside from a quick glance at the face during the 're-sketching'. I know I'm off on a lot of the anatomy.Related content

Future predators of Earth will become H.R. Geiger Gorgonopsids? Odd evolution strategy, but to be fair I've heard weirder.

Normally I don't like explaining jokes, but I'll make an exception this once: You say this is a future predator and this looks like a mix of a gorgonopsid and a monster made by H.R. Geiger. H.R. Geiger being the creator of the infamous acid-blooded aliens from..well, Aliens.

Oh my God. After watching the full first season of Primeval New World I went back and watched the original again!

I actually prefer New World... I feel like the plot melds together a bit better, and I became way more attached to the characters. Not saying UK Primeval is any less of a show, because it certainly isn't.

I agree on that one. I saw a lot of familiar faces in New World from other series, namely Eureka, which allowed me to grow more attached to them, as well as their own character development this time around. The characters in this series seem to be more driven then those of the original, my opinion though. I am glad Conner came back though.
I've got to say though, they left us off on one hell of a cliff hanger at the end there. I saw so many things that could have altered the timeline even though what happened happened. (to avoid spoilers I won't say exactly what though. 
I hope to see these creatures in particular come back at one point in New World, it's a long shot, but I can hope.

SyFy's got really good ratings on it, but then again... it's SyFy... don't think they can do the show any kind of justice if they were to renew it.

Yeah, I don't expect high things from them nowadays, since they themselves have cancelled every good series on that channel... I hear Amanda Tapping was helping with New World, she's pretty experienced on how a decent series is supposed to be, seeing as she's had multiple years on Stargate, and more recently Super Natural. So, hopefully it can't be all that bad... hopefully.

My favorite scene with the future bat is when James Lester did a barrel roll into the armory and grabbed a machine gun and started shooting the future predator!
