As much as I am ashamed to admit--- I have no idea whom Taylor Swift really is. But, taking from this picture the only thing I could think of is-- she must be a model. This is a lovely pencil drawing.
Her eyes are so captivating. They stare right into you!
Your proportions and symmetry are wonderful!
The pose is very coy and sweet. The hair lays well with the
headband, too. I'm sure that wasn't an easy task.
This drawing is very nice. I hope that you seal it
with some anti-smudge Matte Finish. A piece like this

I take shame in not knowing much about Taylor Swift other than her name, but I can see pretty much what she would look like here. First off the eyes are lovely. It seems as if you captured all the detail down to the last lash, and the same could be said about the hair and skin shading. The mouth could use a bit of shadowing in places though. Overall a very good job. 8/10 (and I'm really strict with ratings)
