Doodle from class today. First chickenscratch of human-Prime I've been tolerant of since that sketch I dumped in my scraps. Why is he so hard to draw?Eh. He doesn't look un-pretty enough here. But I'm trying. He had hair on his arms, but I always associate that with Wolverine. So it had to go.
He was probably reading Sun Tzu's Art of War there. The actual text is very interesting, but the hundreds of pages of inevitable rambling by who-ever-translated-this-particular-version is always dry as hell.
Unlike BB, I snuck the autobot logo in there.

Can you please, please, PLEASE, do one of these for all the Autobots? After seeing a few of these, I can't stop thinking about a human looking Ironhide. (short fat bloke maybe??? He'd definitely kill me if he ever hears that XD)

Prime looks fine its he's hard to draw because you don't wanna screw up on one of the worlds most beloved character but i think he looks great like he should in other words.

You've got the fatherly aspect of him clearly showing if that's any consolation.
He doesn't exactly scream 'war-tempered leader', but he's got something to him.
For some reason, less Optimus Prime, more Optimus Primal? *chuckles*

On the hairs on forearms, LAWL. Came through the same dillemma when I did my human Prime, and shaved it off too, though Ironhide still bears his. XDXD
All in all; mellow, HOT old fellow. Not badass, but I doubt Prime has to be all the time.

This is an awesome Optimus Prime human. You even included the autobot symbol on his shirt, classic. Who knew he read Art of War?

I was thinking "add a Peter Cullen mustache!" but realized that would make him look like the old Brawny paper towel guy. maybe a graying goatee reminiscent of his faceplate?

I really had to refrain from adding the Cullen-stache. Particularly whens someone pointed out to me that movie prime's face looks rather like Cullen's without the face-caterpillar.
The scruff is there because I had it stuck in my head that he would shave very carefully... and then forget to again for several days as he worked himself into the ground. Hmm..Maybe I should try a goatee.
