Yeah I know the gown's supposed to be off shoulder.. But the tailor said she couldn't it like that. Kinda dissapointed can't show my shoulders, hahahaa but otherwise I'm pretty satisfied with it.
Oh yeah I broke the hoop in my gown which is why the lower part looks kinda weird *is very ganas* T.T

oooh maybe u can try to find someone who will sew sailormoon costumes on the net? i think there are a few people on DA who do commissions on costmes. but.. im not sure if it'll be more expensive. haha i've never buy anything online >.<

I dont usually either, I usually prefer to have someone I know help me make it because I suck at sewing. hopefully I wont have to buy anything online!
