actually the hair is silver. but i guess it's the lighting in the original stock pic that make it looks blue. i tried to change the colour but somehow it looks strange. lol.

dunno why but i always thought Emily browning would be a good Kaye. She's got that dark fantasy vibe and would fit for urban fantasy too, and she looks Asian too and is gorgeous!

Nope, just reading the first book right now, though I'm not far in. It's really good, I'll have to get the other two. What other books have you read? Yeah i think so too it's a very good series. who's your fave character? haha i love the sorcerer magnus bane! and of course, jace. though i think he's kinda annoying sometimes. oh what other series are similar to the mortal instruments? hm have you read wicked lovely?

lol nooo spoilers... One of my friends ruined another series for me becuase she thought I was farther through it then i was. xD Jace is kind of annoying but that makes him funny--- the way he keeps kinda ticking off and confusing Clary. (ha) I'm really not sure so far. I need to read in a little more, i think, before i decide who i like.... No, I haven't, but I heard it's really good! (I'll have to hunt in Waldenbooks or barnes and noble next time I go... New series! Woo-hoo!) Well, not really similar, but something people who'd like this type of genre would like.... Like the Secrets of the Immortal Nicholas Flamel series (3 books out so far... I've read the first two, The Alchemyst and The Magician, by Michael Scott they're excellent), or House of Night, Blue Bloods, Inkheart... Especially Inkheart, that's another great one, by Cornelia Funke. OH and Maximum Ride by James Patterson. It's not AS in that genre as the others, but it's an AWESOME series if you like fantasy/romance/action books.
