And if I may ask, are the teams on this page just cameos? Or are they going to play a role in this comic? I'm seriously just wondering.

I'm not really sure. I have a rough idea of the story and the teams that would serve certain roles I just pull out to fit randomly. I do try to put in as many cameos as there are people have offered, but sometimes there are just too many to be drawing with the limited time I have.

Well, like a lot of people would tell you, its a matter of practicing. Though you should also try looking at different people's art and try to get a feel for drawing different style, a good grasp of anatomy as well as perspective and all that. Tutorials help a lot in giving you ideas on how to improve, though most of it is really developing it yourself.
