See the finished garment here This is my Star Wars costume which I'm totally in love with. I've decided I love layering pieces on top of one another, because it just adds to the whole look amazingly!
There is, in total:
+ Pants (boughten, inspired the whole outfit)
+ Kimono (with open slit arms, webbing, and D rings)
+ Gloves
+ Obi and strap pieces (out of vinyl, no less!)
+ Tie (silver faux silk!)
+ Side sash (glittery black meshing)
+ Caplet (just a square gathered neatly over one shoulder
+ Wig (my Cyber Geisha wig from Katie Bair that I have yet to wear with anything)
... I think there is another piece or three, but I can't remember them... oh, and my Mace Windu Lightsaber! Yeah for Purple!

Looks great hey.. My original sith queen concept well at least the design was no where near as detailed as I'd like it to be, that's probably because I've moved more towards the concept of a Sith based on myself (only with less hair than i have.. infact.. completely shaven 
I know exactly what boots (they're on ebay), what cloak (seeing as I already have a black velvet gothic cloak), the belt (parksabers.com) the tunic and typical jedi like clothing (ebay again), the saber (parksabers once again) the leather gauntlets (heh ebay is your friend) and the make up fx (thanks to an idea from a Poser 6 character, I think he was meant to be some kind of vampire).
Keep it up! You'll have to post some pics of the finished product!

Hehe, I have one of those {purple obsession all the way!!} and it is fun... we bought them on impulse a year or so ago, when me and three friends were at a 24 hour Walmart bored out of our minds... so we faught in the parking lot... hehe, funny funny!
The outfits are *really* easy - the patterns they make for them are more complicated than you can possibly imagine! The weird obi thing is just a long strip, which I had velcro in the back because the caplet covers it up, and then the straps are just pieces that are ... gawd, I can't remember how long, but not too long, and they taper to get wider at your shoulders. Mine cross in the back for "extra" support, but that was more because I was too lazy to cut the straps >___<; Not too bad! Kimono top, and maybe pants, and that's really all there is to it... simple ^_________^
