Title from a poem by Robert Browning Hamilton.I've always wanted to portray this scene. It's poignant but so powerful. This is the breaking of a child, and its consequence - the re-making.

I'm 21 and... I really don't consider myself professional, because I draw only whenever I have time or get inspired, but have been drawing on and off for about 6 years?

This is absoutly beautiful. I think you did a fantastic job on this. It makes me smile but at the same time it makes my heart ache. Everything about this is beautiful and heart wrenching. His eyes really hit you. They look like they are staring right into your soul and I love the lighting and how his hair looks. Everything about this is amazing in every way.

Not many pieces of art makes me become emotional..But this one is one of the few that did it... It's just so sad, and you can see the true sorrow in his eyes

Yeah. Spending hours on this really made me sympathize with him all over again. Just... all the pain he must have endured. And what he did with that pain; the way he locked it into a different side of himself.
It's heartbreaking and frightening at the same time, what such torture can do to a child.

I saw your other peice of Touzoku, which made me even more depressed... I wish so badly in the end that he could have some sort of justification... But by then it just seemed too late >_< I cried when I actually read the ending... It's just shows how unfair fate can really be... No one was really at fault, but Touzoku took the full brunt of the pain and agony.
Can anyone really blame him for being evil? And like wise with Marik.
