Being the ever dedicated roleplayer, I've started playing Palladium's RIFTS with my thursday DnD group to give our DM a break from all of us being bat-shit insane casters. Our party is....interesting to say the least. It consists of the following
Seymour, a gunslinging monkey
Sophitia, a Russian full conversion cyborg
Cyrus McCloud of the Clan McCloud, a "Scottish" (nobody knows if he's really Scot, not even him) Crazy
Wolfram Von Wolfenstein, a German special ops sniper
and my girl Josephine Deveraux, a Free Quebec Glitter Girl pilot

I love her so much omg
I just have to start with that
Even a year before we started playing, I had her in my mind. This mech pilot who loves music and is a bit of a thrill seeker who'll do backflips and stunts like SAMAS Surfing while fighting with kung-fu. I LOVE JO YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW MUCH. -cough-

But yeah.
She comes from a military family in Free Quebec that can trace back being glitter pilots to the dark age before Prosek ruling the Coalition States and is the youngest (and only girl) out of her parents' 5 children.
Basically born and raised in a glitter suit, she grew up watching her brothers train with their father while her mom wanted her to be a doctor or something like that. Jo (her preferred name) would have none of it and always ran off to be with her brothers. When she was a pre-teen, they all realized that she was a psion after she managed to heal a broken arm on one of her brothers. Her father, though apprehensive, helped her learn to use her powers to help the family and those in need.
Jo learned her true calling when she was 16 and the boys were out on a mission, leaving her and her mother home alone. A band of mercs attacked and her mother is only a nurse and cannot fight. Jo hopped into a suit her father kept at home that was being repaired and managed to scare them off. Upon her father's return, her military career officially started and she received her own glitter armor.

I love playing Jo so much and enjoy having her learn to sing and play guitar as well, a lot of her work done outside of her suit is undercover work and her knowledge of music helps with certain covers as well as providing extra income when they're in a town.

Why cant it be thursday so i can play again ;-;
