I'm a sucker for poofy dresses myself so it's always a pleasure to draw some. They're a pain in the wrist to animate in the long run so you rarely see them in the films except for the mandatory princess ballroom scenes, weddings and the like. Good thing fan art doesn't have to follow any production scheduling restrictions.

Belle's pink dress has always been my favorite, and her love for books is one of the most significant traits that has made her my favorite princess since I was little. I absolutely adore this because you captured these two things so wonderfully and with gorgeous details like the different sizes and spines on the books, Chip perched on the shelf, and the lace details in her sleeves. I really love that you also gave the dress more volume than it had in the movie, it just makes it even more beautiful. Wow
