I have seen the dresses on the Disney website where she lifted them from.Β Idr exactly when, definitely some years ago.Β They didn't impress me personally at all, I much prefer believable dress designs over "oh we'll just slap everything possible on here to make it all frilly and cute".

I know what you mean and I agree with you, but at the same time it was nice to see Belle in some new dresses instead of seeing her in the same hand-full of dresses over and over again.Β
If your planning on some new artwork of Belle, I say 'go for it', and I hope you design her some new dresses.Β

How would you feel about someone printing, laminating, and hanging your pictures
on their wall because they love your work and Beauty and the Beast SO much?

I don't mind, in fact it's what I tell folks to do (minus the laminating, why would you do that? there's cheap frames in shops, cut out a nice cardboard passepartout to match and it looks so much better) when they ask if I sell prints. I can't sell prints as the characters (for the most part) are copyrighted to Disney. Download the full size image from dA or my tumblr, use nice paper and make sure your printer settings are at max/cartridge is fresh (or go to a print shop) and you should end up with very good results with average household printers these days.

Oh wow thank you! And I understand about it being Disney characters but it is still your art. I mean, its your style and color, and not many people really like you just taking it, so I thought I would ask out of respect. I adore your art and it was just wonderful to look at everything!

I really,really like this and think that it's beautifully done. If I can offer one word of advice though,I think it would have had a bit of a better presentation if you had switched up the background colors of the two versions on the outside. The one in the middle looks so lovely because you gave it a purple background and yellow and purple are complimentary colors and I think the picture would have come together more (because it's already a lovely picture) if the other two had been switched. But that's just my opinion, either way the picture is gorgeous.
