Description FIRST PICTURE OF THE YEAR!

This is my entry to the contest at
It was to draw a shoujo ai picture of two characters in a wintery setting.

It's not very shoujo-ai-ish, but I still think it's cute! It's Jasmine and Whitney of the Jhoto gym leaders. It's a few years after the game takes place and Jasmine got tall. xD When I was drawing this I realized that they both have pigtails. hehe How ironic.

I really admire the snow effect, really! I can tell that a lot of advanced techniques used to make the sky and the background look very transcendent. I don't know how you did it but you sure got me stunned! XD
