After a bit of a summer hiatus, I'm back to making more Kyurangers. This time, I decided to get through the majority of the ranked officers. You'll hopefully remember that my idea/universe has the three Argo rangers (General, Admiral, Marshal) as the highest ranked rangers in the resistance.
The next rung of ranking rangers are these officers. They're kinda divided into trios that are based on navies, armies, and air forces' ranks.
Under Ryukotsu Admiral, the navy-themed officers (all titles end in C's...seas...get it? heh heh):
"Surprise Star! Ooguma Commodore!" (cyan) [my OC]
"Dragon Ma-Star! Ryu Commander!" (violet) [in-show canon]
"Venom Star! Umihebi Corporal!" (navy/indigo)
Under Tomo General, the army-themed officers:
"Tenacious Star! Tokage Brigadier!" (chartreuse)
"Hybrid Star! Centaurus Colonel!" (teal-ish)
"[TBD] Min-Kanmuri Major!" (darker green, shadowed)
[hasn't been selected yet, so is grayed-out]
Under Ho Marshal, the air force-themed officers:
"Magic Ca-Star! Hato Captain!" (magenta)
"Purr-Fect Star! Yamaneko Lieutenant!" (scarlet-ish)
"Sacred Star! Saidan Sergeant!" (amber)
So OK, Centaurus was fun to make. And because it's a centaur body and a centaur emblem, I figured changing the visor to something non-centaur would be fine. Hato's feathers were difficult but I like the result. Min-Kanmuri Major's kyutama hasn't been revealed sadly (even sadder b/c I love the visor design that was submitted), but as soon as her kyutama is made, she'll be revealed in full. I swapped the colors of Yamaneko Lieutenant and Saidan Sergeant's kyutama/suits because I wanted a differently colored feminine feline/canine ranger since there's already an amber lynx in the 80s. Some of the visors got changed as usual, and I changed up some of the roll calls. Sorry, things have to happen some times.

Additional Kyuranger Crowdsourcing ProjectHere we go! I unfortunately couldn't get things wrapped up and ready by Saturday, but here we are. This is going to be the centeral hub of all things crowdsourcing for additional Kyurangers!
The goal is to eventually have an individual Kyuranger design for each Kyutama from 1-88 and Cerberus/Kereberos. The first problem is the sheer number of potential rangers, 89! I simply cannot design 89 helmet designs all on my own. Secondly, and as I'm sure you're aware, Kyuranger's kyutama are varied in color but also tend to kinda repeat colors. So I devised a headcanon based around the rebellion that makes sense and will help solve that repetitive color issue. This also evolved form the question of "If Kotaro had to go to HQ to get 'trained', who else is at the HQ?" Basically, there is a set of 12 command/ranked officers (Ryu Commander and Ooguma Commodore fall in this category) with titles based on military ranks. The rebellion is governed

Who said Kani Auburn was a crab hybrid? He's just got four arms. And his bulkiness is much more suited to someone like Hercules Cyan. Centaurus Colonel just has the standard male base torso, not bulky at all. They're not the same size: Colonel reaches the upper bar of his box, Auburn does not.
