Here's Gekisou Sentai with a few extra heroes. VRV Master wasn't really counted in Gokaiger as an extra hero, but I figured he should get some love. Even if he was barely around in Carranger. Plus I like the way he looks more than Signalman."Red Racer!"

I don't think the two extras really had roll calls, but their official titles are something like 'Intergalactic Robotic Police Officer Signalman' and 'Space Lone Wolf VRV Master'.

Blue Racer = DOmon Naoki
Green Racer = Uesugi Minoru
Yellow Racer = SHInohara Natsumi
Pink Racer = YAgami Youko
Take their first kana and you get "JI-DO-U-SHI-YA" meaning "Car" in Japanese.

I honestly don't know much about the comparison besides what Wikipedia lays out. Plus, I don't really remember Turbo. That being said, I think VRV Master was only in Carranger a handful of episodes, but Signalman was there a lot. Hence why Signalman got the extra hero title and VRV Master didn't. As for Phantom Ranger, he was in Turbo and again In Space, so I think that role/suit got greatly expanded upon in the PR universe.
