I really like how you coloured this one ^^
a few things I can see improving are
1.I feel like the head is a bit big for the body.. but once again thats preference things
2.I feel like some of the hair looks more stiff then flowy when you have it in big chunks flowing down, I think you divide them into smaller ones or have the hair more straight down it would look a bit better
3.the hand behind the dress doesn't seem to match up with the arm and I feel like you probably drew the arm to stop at the dress and then drew the hand after ^^ always remember to draw all the lines you cant see as well in the planning stages so it meets up and is consistent

yeah, it's so difficult to draw hair but I'll try to draw smaller hanks
haha yes I drew the hand at last. Thank you the next time I will draw the whole hand and then I will raze out the hidden part

Very pretty! I'm always curious as to what parts are the colored pencils and what parts are markers, although I can sometimes tell.

On this pic I only used pencils for the white dots (you cannot see them that good)
Perhaps I use them also for the hair or other details
