Here is Oswald ;A; my brain literally hurts after writing his info haha >w< But you guys finally get to see him.
He doesn't appear until later so anything I draw of him will most likely be flashbacks for now.

◊ Personality: Oswald appears to be a quiet and gentle person, taking his job to protect and monitor the people of Sablier seriously. Most of the time, he is an overall good glowchu and will constantly criticize and blame himself more than others; just as he blames himself for the fact of Lacie being born as a Child of Ill Omen. Despite his determination to be a good leader, Oswald seems to be withdrawn, as he rightly questions the loyalty of those around him.

Upon being chosen as future head of Ablies by the current leader, Levi, Oswald took up extensive training and therefore had little time to play with Lacie or the other children around. He was often taken on trips to explore the city, as it would soon be his duty to guard and protect it. In order to accomplish this, the Poison/Steel type would need to memorize Ablies and most of the people in it.

At the age of 12, Oswald was taught more in dept about the legend of Ablies from Levi in the Great Palace. It was then that he discovered his role in preserving the golden paradise known as 'Abyss'. As future leader of Ablies, the young glowchu would need to 'sacrifice' the current 'Child of Ill Omen', to the sacred land in order to prevent it from being corrupted into a dark prison. Despite the sorrow this revelation brought to the young child, Oswald accepted his fate just as Lacie had.

11 years from then, Levi has passed away and Oswald becomes the new leader of Ablies. This is also when Lacie was given the freedom to leave the secluded town for the time being.

Oswald saw her off, both exchanging a few words before she officially leaves. Oswald resided in Ablies as it's leader and watched over the town before he set out to fulfill the task at hand.

After Oswald and Lacie's fated meaning, and the pure Fairy glowchu's untimely death, he found himself in a vicious battle with none other than Mirage, infamous leader of Moon Clan. The two fought each other eagerly, arguing as they did so with the female eventually gaining the upper hand and beating Oswald within an inch of his life.
Oswald managed to flee with his life due to the intervention from the clan's members. As of now, no one knows the Poison/Steel types condition or whereabouts.

In chapter 12, Oswald reappears and is prompted to follow the clans after he takes notice of his nieces and nephew being alongside them. He remains on the outskirts of both groups due to blatant disdain for his presence by both leaders and the majority of both clan's members.

Oswald named the song Lacie sang as a child.
Is the creator of his sister's pocketwatch.
Although he is very efficient with the sword, Oswald's natural battling skills aren't half-bad.
Just as Lacie does, he believes the 'Abyss' and 'Child of Ill Omen' curse are real due to being raised up with that thought process.
The Poison/Steel type is allergic to peanuts.
Despite having knowledge about the legend of two hero's, he shows little interest and chooses to stay in Ablies where he believes his duties are truly important.
Being the creator of Lacie's pocketwatch, the clock implemented in it is not to tell the time of the day but to tell how much time Lacie has left before her 'ceremony'. Oswald mentally remembers when this time is.
Oswald viewed Levi more as a mentor than a surrogate parent.
Though he, along with Lacie, were abandoned by their biological parents, he holds no form of dislike toward them as he understands their reasoning.
The Poison/Steel type is often seen sitting under a tree alone, usually with a small pokemon perched upon his head.
The black coat that he wears now, was passed down to him from Levi.
There is a belief that the spirit of every previous leader of Ablies, joins the current leader's spirit in the body of the current vessel.
Oswald is ambidextrous.
Not too long after the encounter with Mirage, the Poison/Steel type discovered that his life, the legend surrounding it, was all a lie. Oswald has been withdrawn and full of deep regret ever since then, now having the knowledge that his sister died for a moot cause.
His sword's absence is due to him tossing it after the revelation.
