C.C would like nothing more than to be left alone, often showing it through blatantly avoiding one or more persons and abruptly cutting a conversation short when she's grown emotionally exhausted, which usually happens rather quickly. On top of the Ice/Steel types stand-offish behavior, she also proves to be the irritable type, the smallest of mishaps able to set her off, resulting in a mini rant and her storming off afterward. But patient is truly a virtue when it comes to this 'chu as she actually proves to be a very caring pokemon once one is able to get close enough to her. This turns out to be a difficult task as most can't seem to figure out the little problem she has..
◊ History: C.C was born within the confined walls of Metropolis to parents Clarence and Jenna. She had a fairly normal child life, at least for the first 5 years, enjoying the luxuries she experienced from all the things her hometown had to offer. This ended immediately when the young pichu got into a bad accident involving hoverboards that resulted in her getting hurt severely. She sustained a lot of injuries and was rushed to the emergency. The doctors were able to save her but, because how young she was and the amount of damage to the left side of head, her ear had to be removed. C.C's parents were devastated by the news, mourning the fact that their daughter would have to live with a disability that would take away from her ability to enjoy life to the fullest. So, they made a decision they figured any parent in their situation would make; they volunteered their daughter up for participation in an experimental project that was going on in a somewhat hidden section of the city. This program was a test to see if they could successfully equip pokemon with a perfectly effective mechanical limb for the sake of helping pokemon who were missing vital limbs. Therefore advertising it so that most people saw it as a charity of sorts. Whether this was the whole truth or not remains to be seen. However, that was enough for the Ice/Steel's types parents to invest their time and hard earned money into the project to get their daughter enrolled. Due to there being such a long waiting list, C.C didn't receive her prosthetic ear until the following year. During her waiting time, she discovered that the project developers had a son around her age whom had a robotic limb just like the one she was getting. In that instant she felt overjoyed, simply because of the fact that this wouldn't make her weird, she wouldn't be alone in this. The young glowchu formed a strong bond with her new friend, Steele, over this fact with the male reassuring her that all would be well. She had a hard time getting used to the strange new appendage because of it having a slightly larger hearing range than her natural one did though overall, that seemed to be the only drawback. But this assumption turned out to be very wrong indeed. The robotic ear quickly started showing defects such as producing a bothersome noise in C.C's ear that only she was able to hear. Soon, it graduated from a simple annoyance to the mechanical ear's heightened senses causing everyday sounds to be received much louder than they should be. The Ice/Steel 'chu complained to her parents about the occurrence which put them on a trip back to suppliers of her new limb. No matter what they did, from making small changes to rebuilding sections of the thing from scratch, these problems always resurfaced. So, they were left with making one of two choices; Getting it removed from their daughter's body completely or, leaving it on her with the glowchu having to learn how to adjust to it. For undisclosed reasons, they wound up having to go with the latter. Her defective ear would later aid in helping her to become an introverted and socially awkward person who rarely socializes with others outside of the pokemon she already knew, which was very little.

When her 14th birthday rolled around, C.C had grown tired of the noisy, busy life in Metropolis and decided it would be best for her to leave. It wasn't like she enjoyed much of it anyway and the only person who understood her had been long gone. So, after spending an unusual amount of time with her parents for the day, the Ice/Steel type waited till it was past midnight to finally sneak away from home. The only thing left behind was a note and a yellow bonnet she used to wear as a pichu.
The female's first few days outside of Metro City were pretty rough. After stowing away on a boat she wasn't sure where headed, being discovered on said boat, and having to swim the rest of the way to shore due to being thrown into the sea, C.C was beginning to have second thoughts about her choice. Luckily she realized that the little snowy 'island' she made it to wasn't 'little' at all and actually a much bigger chunk of land that, evidently, had what looked like some sort of kingdom not too far from where she was. So, she used what little strength she had left and traveled until she made it there, soon coming to call this place her new home.

It wouldn't be until 4 years later that she meets up with, and ultimately decides to follow the Sun and Moon clans after realizing that a certain someone was accompanying them.

Staying in a snowy region has made her appreciate nature much more.
She suffers from cochlear hyperacusis due to the major sensitivity in her left ear.
If you try to touch her either of her ears, she will bite you.
Due to the glowchu's own personal experiences, she absolutely loathes machines. Though ironically enough she has a little bit of knowledge on how to fix some things due to having to learn how just in case her ear got severly damaged.
C.C doesn't enjoy the company of children or pets simply because of the fact that they are usually very noisy.
The Ice/Steel pokemon regrets leaving home the way she did but feels it was the only way she could have else the few people she knew would have surely stopped her.
Her mother was a Leafeon with Ice/Grass glowchu genes while her father was a pure steel type Glowchu.
Along with developing phonophobia, her condition is so bad that if she's exposed to loud noises for an extended period of time, she may go into a panic attack or experience an intense crying spell.
Most people don't know this pikachu's full name as she usually just introduces herself as 'C.C'.
The metal plate connected to her mechanical ear has been wired somewhat into her nervous system, therefore making it virtually impossible for the thing to be entirely removed.
Despite how openly rude she may be at times, the 'chu doesn't easily disclose what her problem is, which makes it all the more difficult for people to figure out what's actually wrong.
Steele is pretty much the only person besides her parents that C.C is completely comfortable with and willing to face her fear to be around.
