NOPE. I going to assume that the traslation of their Earth around their sun last about 547 days each cycle, therefore a year there is 1.5 years here, therefore the assistant has 21 years and the 47 years old man should be about 60 years old with a black wig and a black dyed moustache.
Problem resolved. Not tolerating 14 years old being THAT kind of characters.
With the conductor I'll not complain for now as there could be another explanation in the rest of the comic. If not, it will succumb to THESE rules.
