Ah, this is brilliant! I love the way the hair is around the fingers--I don't know how to describe it, but it adds a certain feel that wouldn't be there other wise.
I love the expression!

I quite like it; the way the roses stand out, and the expression on the face looks natural, and not contrived. The only thing that I would have to say irks me is just the condition of the hair around the fingers; I feel like it doesn't flow too well with the overall image at large...not to metion it's distracting.
However, main point: the photo is great! Lovely composition.
