I drew the lineart for this when I was in high school, but I found it again last year. I had just downloaded a trial of Corel Painter and I decided this would be a good piece to use to try it out. She's supposed to have some kind of lacy tights on or something, but it just looks like she has an odd disease on her legs. I do like her hands, though.
