My take on Dr. Morocco's copied bot, he calls it the MorBot {more-bot depends on your country of spelling} and it was designed to take the place of the entire rescue team of Griffon Rock. But one fault is that it is dangerous and does not assume risk for hurting others while he tries to save another. I had to add some detail as this lack of detail is not my style.However

I'm surprised that since Rescue Bots takes place in the same universe as Prime, that Optimus and his team haven't taken on any of these guys

Yeah me too, but from what I know the Cons are all gone and OP + team are trying to fix things on Cybertron. Although in the next two episodes bb and op are coming to help.

Well he is not a rescue bot, he was built by Doctor Morocco who built it to replace the real Rescuebots and he sure is a powerhouse, a powerhouse without proper control.
