You know it is the one version of the story that I would be happy to read. To use underwater creatures instead of the typical ones we got like the toads, beetles, moles, and tittle-mouse. If you have any suggestions on the other characters and what they would be I am all ears.Also if you would like to use this for your story, just ask. If you want to color this I am all for it!

Also, the prince wasn't even a fairy in the original, he's a Flower Angel, same with Thumbelina.

Yeah, from what I heard on TV tropes, Don Bluth subjected Ms. Fieldmouse, or whatever her name is, to Adaptational Villainy, where a character is made evil (or more evil) in an adaptation, when they originally weren't in the source material. That said fact aside, it's still disturbing she's arranging a marriage with her and a 60 or 80 year old ass mole! If I ever adapt Thumbelina, I'm gonna take that out.

and the mole comes off as a rapist
