You know it is the one version of the story that I would be happy to read. To use underwater creatures instead of the typical ones we got like the toads, beetles, moles, and tittle-mouse. If you have any suggestions on the other characters and what they would be I am all ears.Also if you would like to use this for your story, just ask. If you want to color this I am all for it!

But also don't cut out her adoptive mother like the original story does. Like she's only present in the beginning, and once Thumbelina's kidnapped, she's gone from the story. And that bugs the shit out of me!

Okay. Like a reverse Finding Nemo thing. I take it she'd be living in a house boat, and got Thumbsirena from some kind of sea creature. Like a cross between the witch from Thumbelina, and the sea witch from the Little Mermaid. And I imagine she'd keep her in a fish tank.
