I saw a similar deviation and I wanted to try it myself. ^_^I had some fun with this! ^^ This also gave me a chance to practice more with the featres on Photoshop, though, sadly, my camera doesn't take very good close-up pictures. Please excuse the blurryness. XD
I think my favorite part of this is the bamboo plant that made it's way into the little water bubble above the heart.

My dad was throwing away some cds and I took one, grabbed my water bottle, dipped my finger in it, and "dotted" onto the back of the cd. ^_^ It took about 10 minutes. XD Then it was edited in Photoshop to give it that color and contrast. ^_^
