About the artist, I know for a fact that Lucretia was designed by Karori Fujita, who also designed everyone in the Royal family: Prince, Queen Arshat, Ferid, Lym, Saileeds, Queen's Knights: Georg, Kyle, Miakis, Galleon, Lyon(actually, she's not...), Roy's bunch, all Dragon Knights and dragonhorses, all the beavers, and other important groups of characters. You can tell it's her design on the characters that have very heavy eye lashes, extensive hair styles, and fancy clothing.
