I decided to go through my old drawings today - Well, at least those I haven't lost yet - and I found this. I found even more of the same kind, and lots of dog drawings. I once made a comic about border collies, with a friend, but that's a whole other story!I found this little lion among the drawings, which has a VERY creative name.. Wait for it... Waaait for it.. Waaiit for iiit.... CHI!
Yes, I apparently named him/her/that, Chi.
I love the way I drew them, at that time. Kinda like mice, right? Big ears, pointy eyes, and a really round mouth!
Anyway. Because I love re-doing things, I decided to give it a quick try. And I was actually kind of curious about how it would look.

isnt it amazing how we artists improve over the span of just a couple years?...i need to upload a drawing i did of my oc Khainon...first picture of him i have drawn in years,....and i was shocked how well it turned out for a quick ten minute drawing lol

It is! I found some drawings from 2010, and a lot has happened since then.
And you don't even notice the improvement, before you compare your drawings.

lol im workin on it...i only have two so far..most of my old work got trashed ages ago..and due to college i never get to do any art for myself..this is the first time in four years i have done anything for myself lol

I know the feeling. I didn't draw for some years either, and school does take up a lot of your time. I'm on a summer break right now, so I have all the time in the world, lol.
But I would love to see some of your work someday. Just grab the chance, when it shows. No pressure or anything.

well i have one in particular i wanna upload...was a ten minute picture but i think it turned out descent enough...shows khainon as an adult quite well...the photo of it is on my phone..so need to plug my p[hone in and make it upload onto my cpu lol..also if ya ever wanna do an art trade lemme know..i love seeing how others draw my characters

Would be with some changes in the coloring then. I'm not a fan of the darker muzzle xD
