Description
For the finale of my evo speculation drawings here's Popplio's final evolution... Regalio!
Regalio/Mizudo is Water/Fairy type, learns Play Rough once it evolves, and is able to learn Hammer Arm, and Crunch.
Base Stat
HP - 100
Attack - 100
Defense - 85
Sp. Attack - 90
Sp. Defense - 80
Speed - 85
I spent so much time on this one due to the fact that Popplio is my favourite out of the new starters and that I personally think he has the most potential out of all of them. I knew from the start I wanted to base it's design on a Steller Sea Lion. I took inspiration from the Steller Sea Lion, Killer Whale, and Akhlut(An Inuit folklore creature) for his design. I wanted to have it go from Popplio who resembles a circus Sea Lion, and mature to a more majestic sea creature with a sense of royalty or nobility. I tried to keep most of Popplio and Leolow's colours while still changing or emphasizing certain ones in the final evolution, like Regalio's mane for example which changes to a more saturated blue. Regalio's name comes from Regal + Sea Lion, Mizudo comes from Mizu (Water) + Todo (Steller Sea Lion). Hope you guys have enjoyed my takes on what the new starter evolutions could be!!

Poplio is my least favorite Pokemon out of the starters, but you're idea of the third stage gives me hope for Poplio! He reminds me a lot of Kyogr and Lugia. I believe you're depiction goes too far with the flippers size wise. The front two flippers and the dorsal fin could be shrunken a little bit. The colors blend really well, and I love the speckled shine. The background distracts a little bit and could be a lighter shade so that it's more of a background and not a part of the Pokemon. Love the look of outlining the Pokemon in white, it does help determine where the Fakemon starts, and where the background Ends.

Interesting, it's very Dolphin-esque. Bit of Orca here, Sea Lion there. I love the mixture, it just works.

Really nice design. Love how you combined elements of a killer whale with that of a sea lion. Makes it look majestic, and very fitting for a Water/Fairy type.

Soooo nice! Awesome coloring skills and really cool design! But, altho his front paws/flippers look awesome, they do remind me a lot of kyogre don't they? But it still looks really cool

Interesting how with the second stage you did for him there was a sea lion design to it. However with this one I am seeing a dolphin design to it, which isn't bad. Dolphins can be playful creatures to, so it suits Popplio well. Nice work.
